The leg lifting system and tilt control system are composed of the vertical position measurement system of the leg, the platform inclinometer, the control center, the human-machine interface (HMI) and the frequency converter drive (VFD). The real-time status is detected by the position measurement system and fed back to the control center for adjustment to ensure the smooth lifting of the platform.

Platform tilt monitoring system: When the platform tilt meter detects that the platform tilt is close to the safe limit value, the alarm system will be activated and the technical center will be notified for processing.

Leg imbalance settlement early warning system: During the period of non-leg lifting, the leg imbalance settlement early warning system will make an early warning record to the platform inclinometer every 30 seconds, and the data analysis center will give the historical records and the experience technical parameters given by the technical center. Perform analysis and issue safety or hazard forecasts.

At present, the leg lifting and tilting control system has been supplied to Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Bohai and many other lifting offshore drilling platforms (sets).
